Natalie Smith TEP

Natalie joined Frank Smith & Co Solicitors in 2020. As an experienced private client solicitor and STEP-qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), she specialises in wills, probate, powers of attorney, estate planning, and trusts.

Natalie began her academic journey with a BSc in Equine Science from Hartpury College before changing to law and completing her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).

Natalie completed her training contract with what became WSP Solicitors. She remained with the firm upon qualification in 2010. Her exceptional skills and dedication earned her the title of Young Solicitor of the Year in 2012 from the Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Law Society (GWILS). Following her time at WSP Solicitors, Natalie gained further experience at Harrison Clark Rickerbys and Lodders Solicitors, working in Cheltenham, Hereford, and Stratford upon Avon. 

Natalie is renowned for her ability to demystify complex legal concepts, providing clients with clear and concise explanations. She takes pride in her approachable manner and the personalised service she offers to each client.
