Hours of business

Our offices are open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Out-of-hours appointments can easily be arranged if it is difficult to reach us during office hours.

We are happy to arrange home visits if you are not able to travel to us.

Access:

There are steps leading into our office and stairs. If access is likely to be a problem, please let us know and we can make appropriate arrangements.

Parking

Metered parking is available on Rodney Road and in nearby Rodney Road and Regents Arcade car parks.

Directions:

BY CAR – We are based in Rodney Road in central Cheltenham. Cheltenham is located off junctions 10 and 11 of the M5 and on the A40 from London and Oxford. Please be aware you can only exit the M5 at junction 10 in a southbound direction, and can only access the M5 at junction 10 if you intend to travel on the northbound carriageway. To find Rodney Road, follow signs for the Town Centre.

BY TRAIN – The nearest station is Cheltenham Spa. This is 1½ miles from Rodney Road and taxis are readily available from the station to the town centre. Stagecoach’s Service D also runs regularly from the train station to Clarence Street in the Town Centre, which is a 5-10 minute walk from Rodney Road, just off the High Street, near to John Lewis Department Store.
