Easements
Easements are required in order to formalise a right of way or a right of access over an adjoining property or to bring services onto a property.
We are routinely engaged to review and provide advice on existing easements, as well as providing new legal easement agreements between neighbouring properties: this may range from advising in relation to a desired right of access over an adjoining property, to protecting your rights in more complex agreements, where for example, utility companies are intending to lay pipes and cables over your property.
