Founder and Managing Partner
Frank established the firm in 2016, after working full time in law since 2000. Founding his own firm was the realisation of his lifelong ambition to manage a business that reflects his personal values and expertise.
Born in Herefordshire, Frank pursued a unique blend of law and Italian studies at Cardiff University, further enriching his education at Parma University in Italy. His international experience includes working in prestigious legal environments in Milan and also working in Florence and Perugia. He is a fluent Italian speaker.
Frank began his legal career at Wragge & Co, now known as the international law firm Gowling WLG. In 2006, he moved to Cheltenham, where he served as a Partner and Head of Department at Harrison Clark Rickerbys and Willans LLP. His leadership and legal acumen have been recognized nationwide.
Frank is highly regarded as a legal expert. Chambers UK quoted him as “an expert in his field.” The Legal 500 quoted him for his “prompt, professional, and trustworthy advice,” calling him a “deal maker” and describing him as “knowledgeable, practical, and pragmatic.”
